Janitor
We are seeking Janitor Custodians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
- Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
- Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces.
- Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned​
