Senior .Net Developer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a critical engagement in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for creating technical specifications, ensuring system integrity, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative .NET applications.
- Analyze system requirements and prioritize development tasks efficiently.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages.
- Create and review technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Test, debug, and refactor applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Document development processes and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and project management methodologies.
Location
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Warren, NJ. Candidates must be able to reliably commute on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of .Net framework and Core, C#, and Azure technologies.
- Expert level in SQL development, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs/Web services and Winforms.
- Familiarity with object-oriented design, threading, dependency injection, and asynchronous development.
Optional Skills
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JQWidgets.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Angular.
