Purchasing Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement operations and ensure the timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, track, and manage purchase orders
• Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate contracts
• Monitor inventory and forecast supply needs
• Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance
• Collaborate across departments to align procurement with business goals
• Resolve order issues and delivery delays
• Generate reports and communicate purchasing updates

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of inventory and contract management
• Negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary Range:$65,000-$70,000
