We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Lead Specialist to guide and oversee business analysis activities across complex projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eliciting requirements analyzing business processes and providing actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication and the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.

• Lead business analysis efforts for large-scale projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

• Develop functional specifications process flows and use cases to guide solution design.

• Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

• Mentor and guide junior business analysts providing best practices and review feedback.

• Conduct impact analysis risk assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

• Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders adapt to process and system changes.

• 12 years of experience in business analysis preferably in enterprise or large-scale project environments.

• Proven experience leading a team of business analysts or acting as a lead on major projects.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling requirements gathering and documentation techniques.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Jira Confluence Visio or equivalent.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to the business domain.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field; advanced certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA) preferred.
