Degree/Level of Education: Minimum Graduate degree is required

Certifications Required: AI, Machine Learning, Data Science certifications are a nice to have

Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience

How will performance be measured: Hitting timelines and deliverables, how you're fitting into the team/helping others, positive attitude.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- How much time is being spent in meetings - 2 hours per day on average

- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) - internal to the bank

- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? Yes

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 10+ years of back-end development experience within a data workspace

2.) Strong expertise using Python and PySpark for development

3.) Strong AI and machine learning skills - CoPilot, VIBE coding

4.) 10+ years of banking or financial experience

5.) Exposure to legacy tools and technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Mainframe etc.)

SOFT SKILLS:

1.) Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

2.) Collaborative - someone who contributes technical ideas etc.
