CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
* Valid New Jersey certificate/license required

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Student Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
* Counseling & Intervention: Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral issues.
* Collaboration: Work with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies for supporting students' academic and behavioral success.
* Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage student crises, such as bullying, trauma, or emotional distress.
* Program Development: Create and support programs for improving mental health, school climate, and special education services.
