Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist | $55-$60/hr Guaranteed Base + Commission + $2,000 Signing Bonus + Weekly Office Production Bonus

Promenade Dental Care is a woman-owned private practice in Bergen County where everyone actually likes coming to work. We're looking for a hygienist who wants to stay somewhere long-term, not just fill a chair.

We are the opposite of corporate dentistry. Dr. Furman is the sole dentist. You'll know every patient by name. You'll have time to do your job well. And you'll work alongside a small, tight team that genuinely supports each other. We value you as a provider and as a person. There is no drama here. Ever.

Your schedule: Four-day work week, daytime hours only (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). And we never send you home because the schedule is light or the doctor is out. If you're scheduled, you're paid.

What we pay:

• $55 to $60 per hour guaranteed base pay depending on experience
• Commission on top of base pay
• Weekly office-wide performance bonus
• $2,000 signing bonus

About the office: We're a high-end family practice equipped with digital radiography, iTero scanner, and Dentrix. The office is modern, well-maintained, and designed for doing good work without feeling rushed.

What we're looking for: A registered dental hygienist with an active NJ license who takes pride in patient relationships, not just production numbers. We welcome experienced hygienists and will also consider strong recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our team. You should be someone who values quality over volume and wants to be part of a practice where your work matters.
