Part-time Psychiatrist (New Graduates are Welcome)

Location: Ocean City, NJ

Employee Type: Part-time

Shifts: Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm (Flexible in those times)

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Summary:
An established outpatient psychiatric practice in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist interested in practicing outside of a large health-system environment while helping grow a well-established behavioral health practice.

This opportunity may be particularly appealing to psychiatrists who have considered independent practice but prefer to avoid building the administrative, billing, credentialing, scheduling, and referral infrastructure on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care

• Assist with treatment planning and mapping for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services

• Build and maintain an outpatient patient panel over time

• Contribute to practice growth and program development initiatives as desired

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry

• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey

• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

• Interest in clinical autonomy and practice growth
