Draft correspondences and other documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Maintain owner and tenant database
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Address, track and report on violation enforcement and resolution
Work with accounting staff, manager and boards to manage delinquent accounts
Maintain a caring, positive, productive and supportive relationship with owners, tenants, contractors and professionals Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Competency in MS Office
Knowledge of CINC Systems software a plus
