Physical Therapist
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Toms River, NJ
Pay: $80–$85/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 11:00am–7:00pm | Friday ends earlier
Overview
Outpatient clinic seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to support later patient hours. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, a steady caseload, and a collaborative, close-knit clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide 1:1 outpatient treatment including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and modalities
Document evaluations and progress notes in EMR
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Collaborate with PTA and report directly to the physician
Caseload
Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
About 12 patients per day
Outpatient clinic only (no home care)
Requirements
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience (no new grads)
Able to work independently and collaboratively
EMR experience preferred (NetHealth or Prompt a plus)
