About the Role:
Join My Salad as a Salad Maker/Cashier, where you will create fresh, delicious salads while providing exceptional customer service. Be part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh salads and bowls according to customer specifications.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar and dining area.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately at the register.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for healthy food and customer service.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Food Handler's certification is a plus.
