Residential Roofing Field Supervisor
Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Residential Roofing Field Supervisor to manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring every homeowner receives a top-tier experience. This role is the key on-site leader — overseeing crews, handling client communication, managing changes in scope, and ensuring each property is left better than we found it.

You’ll work closely with Project Coordinators and report directly to the Residential Roofing Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily residential roofing installations from start to final payment and client review

• Supervise 1–2 field teams, both on-site and remotely

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, installation teams, and internal staff

• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and inspections

• Handle change orders, approvals, and scope adjustments in real time

• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and final walkthroughs exceed expectations

• Collect final payments and support online review follow-ups

• Communicate updates in weekly production meetings

• Ensure all job documentation and photos (before, during, and after) are complete and uploaded

• Support team processes, vendor relationships, and internal collaboration

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in residential roofing and/or field supervision

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to coordinate crews, manage multiple jobs, and adapt to changing jobsite conditions

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling change orders, documentation, and client conversations

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (25%)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends or holidays as needed)

• Flexibility to meet job demands when workloads are heavy

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 annually
