- Starting salary of $80,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
Why This Role Stands Out
This is not a back-office paralegal role.
You’ll be a key player in driving cases forward, working directly with attorneys and clients, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Your work will have real impact—helping individuals and companies navigate life-changing immigration matters with confidence and clarity.
The Firm
You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering sophisticated immigration solutions to a diverse, global client base—from multinational companies to entrepreneurs, researchers, and creatives.
If you take pride in precision, move fast without sacrificing quality, and want your work to truly matter to clients—this is your seat.
About Us
We are a woman-owned boutique immigration firm known for our high-touch, highly strategic approach.
We don’t just process cases—we partner with our clients to simplify complex immigration challenges and guide them toward success.
Our philosophy:
Simplify. Strategize. Succeed.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own critical pieces of the case lifecycle and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience:
- Prepare and file H-1B and PERM cases with accuracy and efficiency
- Draft petitions, forms, letters, and supporting documents
- Manage deadlines and keep cases moving proactively
- Communicate directly with clients to collect information and provide updates
- Maintain highly organized, audit-ready case files
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be chased.
Core Requirement:
- Candidates must have prior experience in a law firm setting supporting employment-based immigration matters. This is the baseline requirement for the role.
Preferred Experience (not mandatory):
- PERM labor certification experience
- Other employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, I-140, adjustment of status, etc.)
- We are open to reviewing candidates who may not have direct PERM experience, provided they have solid employment-based immigration exposure and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe great work should be well-supported and well-rewarded:
- Starting salary of $80,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Annual discretionary bonus
