Business Office Manager
Business Office Manager
Business Office Manager is responsible for reviewing all admissions, collecting out-of-pocket expenses, managing collections, and handling RFMS/PNA and MLTSS authorizations. The role includes assisting residents with NJ Medicaid applications and yearly renewals, while collaborating closely with the Administrator and Billing team.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with MLTSS authorizations
Must-Have Requirements
Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) business office, including NJ Medicaid application process
At least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility business office
Experience filing NJ Medicaid applications, private pay collections, and MLTSS authorizations
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
