Building Maintenance Technician

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, offering consistent daytime hours (7:00 am–4:30 pm range). Minimal overtime and almost never working weekends.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience. Higher pay potential for candidates with experience and demonstrated potential for leadership.

Responsibilities

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the optimal function and safety of commercial building systems and equipment across multiple corporate and regional locations.

• Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial facility equipment, mechanical systems, and structures.
• Handling general repairs, including commercial plumbing (toilets, sinks), basic electrical work (lighting/ballast replacement), light carpentry, and carpet replacements.
• Conducting routine maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Coordinating and executing event set-ups for conferences and meetings.
• Performing exterior tasks such as painting, lot signage installation, concrete and asphalt repairs, and roof systems maintenance.
• Responding promptly to building emergency matters, such as power failure or plumbing leaks.
• Traveling between corporate offices and local regional sites, utilizing a company fleet vehicle provided for travel.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
