Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 Annual Salary

Position Description of the Regional Director of Nursing ( Regional DON ) :

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Jackson, NJ to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Regional Director of Nursing ( Regional DON ) :

• 2+ years as a Regional Director of Nursing ( DON ) or Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development
• Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )
• Valid degree in Nursing. A master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus

Responsibilities of the Regional Director of Nursing ( Regional DON ) :

• As the Regional Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our skilled nursing facility ( SNF ) you will lead and mentor all nursing personnel
• Enforce policies for high quality standards of patient care
