Our client, is worlds largest beauty company is looking for Microbiologist to work at Piscataway, NJ

Job title: Microbiologist I
Location: Piscataway NJ 08854
Duration: 6 months

Support Quality Department Microbiology
Work hours per day: 8 hours (Monday through Friday; 40 hours/week)
Interview Process: Teams (other arrangements possible as needed)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis of samples and raw materials using aseptic techniques.
• Apply existing test methods and procedures to complete the required microbiological testing .
• Collects, process and interpret accurately results , derive conclusions based on sound science.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding testing statuses of projects.
• Adhere to written procedures and practices to ensure good quality, compliance, and safety.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes, delays, or other unexpected events, and prioritize the work to ensure on time delivery of results and critical project milestones.
• Adhere to site and departments health and safety guidelines and maintain personal and shared workspace.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Biology , or related field, with 1-3 years of professional (post-graduate) experience
• Working knowledge of aseptic technique, pipettor, handling of media and working in BSC .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a diverse environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Capability of working independently as well as working in a fast paced team driven environment
• Excellent bench skills and organization while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
