We are rapidly expanding across New York, with multiple retail locations in Long Island, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. We’re looking for a driven and resourceful  Recruiter  to help us attract top talent and grow our dynamic retail and sales teams.

Position Summary

The  Recruiter  will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for retail sales associates, store leads, and management roles across multiple locations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the telecom or retail hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom retail and sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring goals.
• Create and post engaging job ads on various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
• Source candidates using multiple strategies including cold outreach, job fairs, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Represent the company professionally at hiring events and recruiting fairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in telecom, retail, or sales.
• Proven success in high-volume hiring.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workable, ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
