Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that cases are prepared thoroughly for resolution or litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.
• Capable of independently reviewing cases, conducting investigations to gather necessary information for cases where initial claims are unsuccessful, and establishing No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims as required.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment.
• Prepare demand packages for submission to insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters under attorney supervision.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure cases progress efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and case management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in case management software (Neos) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
