This position starts with an "generous starting salary ($60K - $85K) along w/annual increases" , FULL Horizon Health/Dental

Candidate MUST possess at least 3 years as a Commercial or Personal Lines CSR, a brief knowledge of Coastal Ins. & Flood would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Working daily with our clientele assisting in writing new and renewal personal/commercial policies in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous Commercial and/or Personal insurance experience required w/no less than 3+ years in/or related fields
• Experienced in Coastal Insurance Risks is a Plus!
• Excellent Customer Service Skills is essential, along with being detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and Friendly disposition

We are a small but busy coastal insurance agency along the Jersey Shore. Our co clients are mostly small businesses, builders, contractors, etc. Our personal lines clients are mostly secondary home and flood buyers. Strong personal/commercial insurance knowledge & experience is required, along with excellent writing skills. A Friendly/Professional disposition & appearance are a must, as well as speed and accuracy.
