Business Development Partner - US Staffing (Strategic Collaboration)

Inuson International Inc. is seeking experienced Business Development and Account Management professionals with a strong background in the US staffing industry.

This is a freelance and strategic partnership opportunity for professionals interested in building long-term business relationships and performance-driven growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and direct client relationships.

• Develop strategic partnerships within the US staffing ecosystem.

• Manage and expand existing accounts.

• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams.

• Support MSP/VMS and vendor relationships.

• Drive long-term business growth.

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.

• Experience in account management and direct client acquisition.

• MSP/VMS experience is preferred.

• Strong professional network and communication skills.
