Join Calm Water and Bath as a full-time Face-to-Face Marketing Associate to get outside, sharpen your sales skills, and make a real difference for a local remodeling business! We're hiring multiple people to join our Cherry Hill, NJ team and attract new customers throughout South Jersey.

POSITION DETAILS:

Our Face-to-Face Marketing Associate has an earning potential of $40,000 - $100,000/year , depending on base pay and commission. The more appointments you can set, the more you'll make!

You'll generally work from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm , including weekdays, weekends, and events.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Our Face-to-Face Marketing Associate has the unique opportunity to get out in the community and forge positive relationships with potential customers! Every day will bring something different as you go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods and advertise our incredible services to homeowners.

Armed with an upbeat attitude and a drive to meet your goals, you'll politely engage with homeowners and educate them on how we can provide them with the bathrooms of their dreams! You'll promote our innovative remodeling solutions and upgrades and set qualified appointments for interested parties. If you can create relationships, clearly explain services, and build trust in our company, you could thrive in this entry-level role!
