Lash Stylist – Lure Lash (Somerville, NJ)
Lure Lash is seeking a passionate and motivated Eyelash Extension Stylist to join our team at our Somerville location .
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with our company , thrives in a team-oriented environment , and values a positive culture where stylists support and help build each other’s success .
We offer competitive commission rates and opportunities for advancement within our growing brand. Stylists with an existing client base are eligible for a higher commission rate .
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician (as required by NJ State Board)
- Willingness to be trained on other services
- A team player who values collaboration and professional growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple appointments.
- Sales experience is a plus, along with familiarity with beauty products.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Must be an NJ Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist -Student permit accepted.
