**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Carry out security-related tasks required by site management, adapting to the financial institution environment.
+ Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, visitors, and/or customers while performing assigned duties.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support Allied Universal's mission by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity during all interactions at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
