Filan & Conner is seeking experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We’ve been serving the community for over 50 years and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and solutions

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and professional attitude
