We are currently looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper . This position has opportunity for full-time hire for the right candidate. Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm. This is an on-site position, no remote work.
Duties include but are not limited to:Manage billable hours for company attorneys
Manage A/R and A/P
Process payroll through ADP
Manage trust accounts
Work extensively with clients
Process invoices
Keep track of the company's expenses Requirements:
10+ years bookkeeping experience working in a Law Firm (personal injury preferred)
Advanced QuickBooks skills with generating reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be organized
ADP software and QuickBooks software experience
Ability to keep information confidential as youll be handling settlements, trusts and other important cases
Must be a team player with a positive attitude Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm Salary: $35-$45/hour
