Server
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide menus.
Present daily specials and answer questions about menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and service areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, food runners, and bussers.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages when appropriate.
