Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business cases.
• Take ownership of delivering project objectives and ensure execution meets project schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Establish project governance structures and processes for reporting, reviewing, and approving project objectives and deliverables.
• Liaise between IT, cross-functional business teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects involving technology and business process components.
• Manage projects that involve software applications such as TrackWise, SFDC, and MuleSoft, as well as multiple system integrations.
• Ensure project compliance in a regulated (GxP) environment, including audit preparation/documentation.
• Manage projects that follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.

Experience Required

• 7–10 years of senior project management experience using PMI guidelines.
• Experience managing projects with software applications (TrackWise, SFDC, MuleSoft) and multiple system integrations.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP), including audit preparation and compliance.
• Proven experience managing IT software development projects following traditional SDLC processes.

Skills & Certifications

• Proficient in Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®) concepts (agile, waterfall, work breakdown structure).
• Expertise in project management tools and techniques (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills, with experience in executive-level communication.
• Leadership presence and resilience to inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent activities.
• Ability to lead effective meetings, drive decisions, and achieve project objectives in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project).

Eligibilities & qualifications

• 7 years of project management experience using PMI guidelines.
