Position Overview

NOW HIRING a flexible team member that is available to work at both OUR PRINCETON (5 Vaughn Drive) and FREEHOLD (2 Paragon Way) LOCATIONS! Tree of Life Counseling Center is a busy out-patient mental health counseling and medication management office seeing over 1,600 clients in person and remotely every week and we are rapidly expanding. We are seeking a full-time (40 hours), front-desk, Coordinator to join our hard-working and close knit team in a role that requires in-person at Princeton and Freehold offices.

The Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients and clients whether answering phone calls or greeting clients at our front desk. The Care Coordinators help support the clinicians and assist clients with scheduling, on-boarding to our practice, and general customer service. We are a digital practice and utilize electronic health records and telephone systems that are all web-based, paperless systems. This position is not available to be performed remotely and must be in-person. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team-based environment, prides themselves on providing outstanding customer service, has solid phone, text, email communication skills preferably with a background in sales and customer service, works well in a fast-paced, but collegial environment and enjoys having a positive impact on every individual they engage with.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients

Collecting copays

Assisting with scheduling and communication between clients and clinicians

Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

0-3 years experience

College Degree preferred
