Material Handler
Job Title: Material Handler
This role involves loading/unloading shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently
- Move materials to designated storage areas using hand trucks, forklifts, or manually
- Stock and organize inventory in proper locations
- Assist with receiving and inspection of incoming materials
- Support inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any issues or discrepancies to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and RF scanners preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm Temp-to-perm
Pay: $16-$17
