Dishroom Attendant -Club Operations- Part Time

About the Role

The Dish Room Attendant reports to the Manager Club Operations and is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of all dishware in the Day and Nightclub venues.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for disposal of garbage, picking up dishes and glass wear, re-stocking dishes and glassware and clearing/wiping down tables and counters.

• Transfers full tubs to the dish room and washes all barware/dishes. Receive, clean and wash soiled dishes, trays, and utensils.

• Replenishes supplies where needed utilizing supply closets located throughout the property

• Promptly reports any maintenance or guest needs to the Manager on Duty

• Comfortable working in an unconventional (but super fun) environment

• Maintains a clean and safe work area, and handles cleaning supplies in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

• Clean and maintain floors, ceilings, walls and shelving. Collect, empty, clean, and maintain garbage cans.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast pace environment

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas

• Must be able to work evenings and overnight shifts which may include holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds

• The ability to effectively communicate in English

Requirements

• Ability to work evenings and weekends in an unconventional Nightclub/Dayclub environment

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision.
