We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an immediate opportunity in Branchburg, NJ. Customer Service Representative position is the front line to our customers. It is paramount to be professional, respectful, courteous, responsive and friendly at all times. It is imperative that the CSR perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner, serves as a resource and support the team as necessary.

Compensation

• $18/hr - $20/hr (based on exp)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support for our customers (40-60 phone calls daily).
• Order entry (80-100 orders daily) with less than 1% errors. Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Provide information necessary to research and troubleshoot issues pertaining to orders/invoices to Customer Service Lead/Customer Service manager.
• Need to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities (work with a sense of urgency).
• Must follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.
• Identify any ongoing product, shipping and warehouse issues, and bring to the attention of the Customer Service Manager/Lead

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:

• MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE 50 - 60 wpm
• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
