Registered Nurse Supervisor

At Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton, we believe leadership in nursing means more than managingit means inspiring. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening shift (311) with confidence, professionalism, and heart.

This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering excellent care in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting.

Schedule is Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do

1. Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the 311 shift to ensure quality resident care.
2. Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.
3. Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
4. Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
6. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• A compassionate, resident-first approach to care.
