Locum OB/GYN Physician
OB/GYN Physician Locum Tenens | New Jersey
Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a hospital-based locum assignment in Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected womens health team and provide quality care in a busy, teaching-oriented environment.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Northern New Jersey
- Setting: Inpatient Labor & Delivery / OB/NICU Department
- Start Date: January 1, 2026
- End Date: September 1, 2026
- Schedule: Two 12-hour night shifts per week (Monday & Thursday, 7PM7AM)
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- No call responsibilities
- Average Volume: 35 deliveries per shift, 01 Cesarean per shift
- Procedures: Vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, D&C, Laparoscopy, Laparotomy
- Team Support: 3 residents and 1 midwife
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active New Jersey Medical License (required)
- Recent hospital-based labor & delivery experience
- Proficiency in obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures
- Comfortable working in a teaching hospital environment
