GenAI Enterprise Technology Solution Engineering & Reusability Lead
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a forward‑thinking leader to drive our enterprise GenAI solution engineering capabilities. This role goes beyond traditional portfolio oversight, focusing on identifying cross‑use‑case patterns, designing reusable frameworks, shaping our AI marketplace strategy, and running the GenAI Solution Engineering routines that power scalable, consistent delivery.
The ideal candidate blends engineering discipline, pattern recognition, product thinking, and strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
In this role, you will:
Set the enterprise product vision and strategy for GenAI engineering.
Translate customer and business outcomes into crisp, testable requirements.
Own backlog and portfolio priorities to maximize reuse, speed, and value.
Maintain a multi‑quarter roadmap for reusable GenAI platforms and components.
Define north‑star KPIs; instrument and review product performance with operating cadences.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight across the AI and automation solution portfolio.
Identify patterns, reusable components, and repeatable architectures across use cases to accelerate delivery and reduce redundancy.
Develop and operationalize the enterprise reusability framework and internal GenAI marketplace.
Lead and mature the GenAI Solution Engineering routines, including intake, technical assessment, experimentation, and readiness.
Partner with product, architecture, data, and engineering teams to ensure consistent standards and adoption of reusable design patterns.
Establish governance and lifecycle management of reusable assets, including prompts, models, components, and solution blueprints.
Assess new use cases for reuse potential and guide teams toward scalable architectures.
Define and track performance metrics to measure reuse adoption, engineering throughput, and business value.
Serve as an enterprise thought leader on GenAI engineering excellence, reusable design, and responsible AI.
Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, speed, and disciplined engineering.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Deep experience in engineering, architecture, AI/ML, or automation delivery.
Proven ability to identify patterns across diverse business problems.
Experience building reusable frameworks, platforms, or marketplaces.
Strong technical, facilitation, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Ability to influence at all organizational levels and drive adoption.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$215,000.00 - $355,000.00Benefits
