- Court Filings: Manage filings across state and federal courts using eCourts NJ, PACER, JEDS, ECF, and related platforms, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Discovery & Motion Practice: Draft, finalize, and file discovery responses, subpoenas, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
- Trial Preparation: Partner with the assigned attorney to prepare witness binders, exhibits, and trial materials; coordinate all logistics for hearings and trials.

- Legal Research & Investigation: Assist with factual development, witness interviews, and related legal research as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law preferred.
- Court Platform Expertise: Familiarity with online platforms such as eCourts NJ, JEDS, PACER, and ECF for state and federal filings is strongly preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus but not required.
