What You Will Be Doing

• Commanding the national facilities infrastructure: delivering new builds, executing major upgrades, and implementing sustainable operational systems across 25-30 campuses
• Leading and scaling a comprehensive team structure (SVP + VPs + staff) with complete P&L accountability for the facilities division
• Establishing and enforcing standardized protocols for procurement, security, furniture, networking, and brand presence
• Architecting and deploying AI-first operational playbooks that systematically reduce friction and accelerate expansion cycles
• Reporting directly to the founder while orchestrating cross-functional execution with legal, finance, and regulatory counterparts to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines

• Providing advisory input without execution authority—you will make the definitive decisions
• Managing isolated facility projects—your mandate is national and systemic
• Maintaining legacy processes—you will design and implement next-generation, AI-enhanced operational systems
• Waiting for executive direction—you drive expansion strategy, not respond to it

Principal Key Responsibilities

Deliver, elevate, and sustain the physical foundation of our educational model nationwide—ensuring every campus launches on schedule, meets operational standards, and is supported by scalable, AI-driven systems that enable our academic mission.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
• Documented success leading complex, multi-site implementation projects with inflexible deadlines and significant business consequences
• Executive oversight of new construction, large-scale facility upgrades, and operational systems at national or global scale
• Hands-on experience with commercial/retail buildouts and systematic maintenance programs where standardization and launch readiness were mission-critical
• Proven ability to build, develop and manage high-performance teams with full P&L and budgetary authority
• Superior structured problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated success operating with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in high-growth or private equity environments
• U.S. work authorization and capacity to travel approximately 25%

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience launching or scaling regulated multi-site operations
• Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities served as a critical operational dependency
• Established record of designing and implementing AI-enhanced operational systems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
