Are you a customer-service-oriented individual who enjoys being hands-on and solving problems? We are hiring for a global leader in digital imaging and office solutions.
In this on-site role, you will be the face of the company at a key client location in Plainsboro, NJ. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and performing daily maintenance on the client's fleet of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.). If you are reliable, professional, and work well independently, this is a great opportunity for you.
salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary on-site contact, providing excellent customer service for all client requests via email, phone, or in-person.
- Maintain routine upkeep, including cleaning glass/surfaces, replenishing toner, and loading paper trays.
- Monitor all supplies (toner, paper, etc.) and restock inventory as needed.
- Deliver paper to device locations throughout the building.
- Promptly inform your supervisor of any potential problems or customer concerns.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer skills and general technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
