Position Summary
EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and building positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients to resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on past-due invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
• Update customer records and track communications in the CRM/ERP system.
• Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor account status.
• Escalate high-risk accounts to management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting or ERP software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
