Custodian
Seeking Lead Custodian for corporrate Headquarters office building in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is a janitorial position that will require lots of walking and heavy lifting.
Overview:
- Lead Custodial- $22.00/hour, Bi-Lingual in english and spanish
- M-F, 6p-2:30a
- Computer literate
Essential Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional client interaction
- Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout jobsite, haul trash to dumpsters
- Sweep and clean work areas throughout the project
- Able to distinguish between trash/scrap and stored materials
- Work in an organized manner completing areas as you go
- Work in close proximity with other trades in a fast-paced environment
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:;
- Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation
