ResponsibilitiesDay to Day servicing of Employee benefit clients. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, providing clear and accurate information. Educate clients on their benefit offerings, helping them navigate plan details and available resources.
Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting employee benefits.
RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or employee benefits sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to learn new systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
