Front Desk Manager
We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for one of our boutique motel properties in Wildwood, New Jersey. This is a hands-on role for someone who is responsible, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and help ensure every visitor has a smooth and welcoming stay. This position starts immediately and includes on-site living accommodations. This is a full-time commitment (7 days per week) with support from ownership and nearby sister properties if needed. Initial commitment is 6 months, with opportunity to extend long-term based on performance. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out Answer guest questions and provide excellent hospitality Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are addressed quickly Submit daily operational updates Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Encourage satisfied guests to leave reviews about their stay Requirements Previous hotel, motel, or hospitality experience preferred Fluent English required (must speak clearly and confidently with guests) Strong customer service mindset. Must capture positive reviews from customers.
