Schedule: We are looking for per diem coverage on the weekends for the following shifts: 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. There may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts!

Please note: Per diem team members are required to pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Ensure proper medication dosage, timing, and documentation
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
• Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect in a memory care setting

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification (required)
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and communicate in English (required)
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
