Overview
The Sales Implementation Coordinator plays a key role in bridging the gap between a closed sale and a fully implemented, functional client solution. Their primary objective is to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, proper configuration of products/services, and alignment between sales promises and deliverables.
This role is a critical liaison between sales, customer service and the accounting department. It is critical to collaborate with the Directors of the following divisions: Construction & Aggregates, Major Accounts, and Industrial/Commercial/Organics; to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence while also ensuring sales are aligned with Company standards and financial goals. The Sales Implementation Coordinator reports directly to the Revenue Manager.
Essential Functions
· Collaborate with the COO and Divisional Controller to design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for the submittal of sales orders and contracts from the sales department to accounting department to ensure proper billing of services.
· Monitor and track contract histories for extensions, renewals, and automatic price increases.
· Translate Sales Agreements into actionable implementation plans into the customer database for various lines of business (including, but not limited to: Mulch, Co-Packing, Commercial Front Load, Roll-Off and Tractor Trailer).
· Verify that pricing for new services within Mazza and its Affiliates meet approved acceptance and profitability standards and bring attention to those that fail to meet company requirements.
· Maintain and regularly update the subcontractor hauling cost file, update as new locations are added and distribute to the appropriate personnel (i.e.: AP Department, Internal Sales Team, Customer Service Department, and the Sub-Contractor to ensure agreement)
· Offer recommendations to the Revenue Manager for process improvements, including but not limited to billing procedures and service codes. (continued)
Actively contributing to the Companies’ success by responding promptly and accurately to requests for assistance from colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Qualifications
· Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including, but not limited to: PivotTables, Spreadsheets, Formulas, and database use.
· Strong Computer Skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AMCS/Tower.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize while multitasking.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· 2 years of experience in Operations.
· Good Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
· Waste Management industry experience preferred but not required.
· Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
