Your Mission:

Become a key player in our benefits team! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our COBRA program runs flawlessly. You'll be the COBRA expert, handling everything from enrollments to renewals, keeping up with regulations, and providing stellar support to our clients.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Master the Process: Tackle COBRA enrollments and terminations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every time.
  
• Become a COBRA Customer Service Expert: Stay up-to-date on regulations and ensure we're always compliant.
  
• Handle Finances with Precision: Reconcile payments, ensuring everything balances smoothly.
  
• Guide Clients Through Renewals: Keep clients informed every step of the way.
  
• Share Your Knowledge: Lead engaging training sessions and webinars.
  
• Be the Friendly Expert: Provide top-notch customer service and resolve issues with a smile (even over the phone!).
  
• Provide Key Support: Assist the team with various administrative tasks, making a real impact.
  
• Maintain Detailed Records: Your meticulous attention to detail will shine.

Requirements

Your Essential Skills (What You Will Bring):

• Independent Contributor: You can tackle tasks solo and follow directions effectively.

• Tech Proficiency: You're a master of Microsoft Excel , Word, and Outlook (get ready to show off your skills in our assessment!).

• Customer Service Advantage: Previous experience in customer service or benefits administration? You're already a step ahead!
  
• Benefits Industry Advantage: Knowledge of the benefits world or fluency in Spanish? You're our ideal candidate!
  

Your Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of customer service experience. You've proven you can handle the front lines!
  
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in general business or a related field. You're ready to level up!
