Salary: $65,000-$82,000 - based on licensure and experience

Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC) is a therapist-owned mental health practice committed to supporting clinicians well-being and professional growth. We seek an NJ-licensed EMDR Mental Health Therapist to join our team either part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options. This role includes delivering individual and group therapy, treatment planning, client advocacy, and collaborating with community resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed individual therapy (EMDR preferred)
• Optional group therapy facilitation
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Prepare clients for treatment completion
• Coordinate with external agencies and advocate for clients
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with clinical standards

Compensation:

• Salaried:
  • LSW/LAC/LAMFT $65,000$70,000
  • LCSW/LPC/LMFT $72,000$80,000+
  • Up to $5,000 performance bonus annually
• Fee-for-Service:
  • LSW/LAC/LAMFT $53$55 per session
  • LCSW/LPC/LMFT $67$69 per session
• Annual increases based on longevity and performance

Schedule:

• Flexible hours with evenings and weekends required
• Full-time option includes 4-day work week possibility
• Minimum 32 sessions/week for full-time salaried therapists

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (required)
• Active New Jersey license (LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Evening and weekend availability
• Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant remote workspace (if applicable)
• Experience with clients aged 10+ preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
