As we continue to grow, we are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to join our skilled service team.
The role of the Project Manager, Automation and Implementation, is to lead a best-in-field integrated solutions team that leverages corporate resources to develop, sustain, and grow our client relationships. This role will focus on developing client relationships and internal team capabilities to support our growth into the highly dynamic automated storage and retrieval business across the country and throughout the Americas. This position will be responsible for leading our efforts to support our clients’ modernization and process improvement initiatives by developing technology-focused solutions aligned with our clients’ financial and operational objectives, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase utilization, and enhance safety.
Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as the subject matter expert for MHS on all racking-supported automated storage and retrieval projects and racking-supported buildings and structures.
- Develop and manage key relationships with new clients to MHS and serve as the sales account manager of record.
- Educate and mentor our existing engineering and sales teams on best practices, technology, and design principles.
- Lead the solution development practice for ASRS projects to create innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges.
- Serve as project manager on projects under your purview until business warrants a dedicated role.
- Manage CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process and technology with advanced warehousing and automation principles.
- Strong working knowledge of the leading and innovative materials handling automation solutions and lead their adoption within our existing and future clientele.
- Experience executing automation projects
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with team members from all internal business functions. (Engineering, Coordination, Project Management, Finance)
- Experience with Project Management Software such as MS Project, Autodesk, Procore, or Clickup.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, experience instead of education will be considered.
- Own vehicle with insurance
- 25% Local/Regional Travel, 25% National Travel
- Position is located Pennsauken, NJ
