The Opportunity
CyberTheory is seeking an experienced agency-services seller to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth efforts across our suite of advisory and account-based marketing services.
As Enterprise Sales Director, you will identify, pursue, and close opportunities with enterprise cybersecurity vendors and B2B technology organizations. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior-level marketing leaders — helping them align their
go-to-market strategies with measurable business results.
This position requires a highly motivated, consultative seller who understands enterprise marketing, can effectively navigate the cybersecurity ecosystem, and thrives on building relationships, solving business challenges, and driving tangible revenue outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a strong understanding of CyberTheory’s value proposition, service offerings, and cybersecurity market positioning to effectively engage and educate prospects.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through a mix of strategic outbound prospecting, targeted ABM initiatives, networking, and partnership development.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing new enterprise customers.
- Engage senior-level marketing and business decision-makers (CISO, CMO, VP of Marketing, VP of Growth, etc.) to uncover challenges, define opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive
- Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to align on client objectives, ensure successful onboarding, and maximize long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to the evolution of CyberTheory’s go-to-market and demand generation strategies by providing market feedback and client insights.
- Forecast and report accurately, maintaining strong command of pipeline metrics, revenue projections, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Represent CyberTheory and ISMG at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings to expand brand visibility and partnerships.
- Travel as needed (<10%) for enterprise client meetings, presentations, and events.
What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of experience selling to enterprise marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing teams
- Proven success closing mid- to large six-figure marketing services or consulting deals with enterprise clients (cybersecurity or B2B technology sectors highly preferred).
- Experience conducting strategic outbound prospecting and developing new client relationships from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of enterprise marketing strategy, including ABM, campaign planning, demand generation, content marketing, and data-driven campaign strategy.
- Solid grasp of the IT and cybersecurity landscape, including key players, challenges, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level marketing decision-makers.
- Experience managing longer enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and complex negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and ambition to grow a fast-evolving business.
