Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Your Role:
Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine.
Develop personalized treatment plans for healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Active license in New Jersey as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
At least two years of clinical experience providing individual therapy.
Experience working with healthcare professionals, first responders, or high-stress occupations.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
Experience with telehealth platforms or online video communication tools.
Familiarity with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and treatment outcomes.
Compensation:
$55-$70 per hour for LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
$80 per hour for PsyD or PhD Psychologists.
COVID-19 Precautions:
Fully remote interview and onboarding process.
Virtual sessions with clients—no in-person meetings required.
