Enterprise Account Executive

WorkWave is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales of our industry-leading field service management platform to the world's largest service businesses. You'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles, build multi-million-dollar pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives seeking digital transformation and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, aligning WorkWave's end-to-end platform (CRM, route optimization, integrated payments, and AI-powered Wavelytics analytics) to measurable business outcomes
  • Lead visionary conversations with executive stakeholders to guide them toward sustainable growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation
  • Champion strategic prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and convert top enterprise targets into long-term WorkWave customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations that position WorkWave as the vertical market leader
  • Build, manage, and close a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with professionalism, energy, and a focus on measurable business results
  • Leverage cutting-edge sales technology and tools to efficiently manage pipeline, craft tailored proposals, and accelerate deal progression
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with proven success closing multi-million-dollar deals
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage C-suite executives
  • Strong understanding of field service management industry, business operations, or related vertical markets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and pipeline targets
  • Ability to work on-site in Holmdel, NJ full-time
Preferred:
  • Experience selling to enterprise field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service-based industries
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, route optimization software, or field service management solutions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics or advanced reporting platforms
  • Proficiency with modern sales intelligence and proposal management tools

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET (on-site) Annual salary offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.
